The Mind Power programs will be available in various durations: 6-week, 3-month, and 6-month programs. Every program begins with engaging in sports activities. Through a multi-sport adventure, participants have the opportunity to explore different ways of being physically active. Following the sports activities, it's chat time! During these sessions, young people can connect with each other, build new relationships, and actively work on practical aspects such as self-image, identifying strengths, cultivating a positive mindset, boosting motivation, setting goals, and adopting a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, they will have the chance to discover their personal values while learning from the Olympic Values.
