During the train the trainer course you will learn how to address mental health with young people, strengthen their resilience, and counteract inactivity while effectively implementing the Mind Power Program. You will experience the exercises and activities yourself, and gain insights into how to apply the conversations and tools in practice. After completing the course, you will be able to guide young people in their mental and physical development using proven methods and materials.
